The ultimate promise of a civil servant’s life is not grounded solely in pursuing personal advancement on the career ladder but also in possessing a conscience—a habit of self-reflection about one’s duties and obligations to society and a continuous striving to fulfil them. Hence, unlike traditional training methodologies we are not narrowly focused on imparting a bunch of skills. Our intent is to work toward a holistic personality that can hold skills and competencies in a constructive mindset to serve the society.
