Mr. Abdullah Khan Sumbal is an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service. He obtained his degrees of MSc Development Administration & Planning, UCL (Chevening Fellow – Punjab President BAAP) and MA Economics, University of the Punjab.
Previously he has served as Commissioner, Lahore Division; Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab; Secretary (Coordination) to Chief Minister, Punjab; Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal; Secretary, Information Department, Government of the Punjab; Secretary, Special Education Department, Government of the Punjab; Special Secretary Health Department, Government of the Punjab; Programme Director, Punjab Resource Management Programme; Additional Secretary (Development), Health Department, Government of the Punjab, Programme Director Punjab Devolved Social Services Programme; and Deputy Secretary (Staff) to Chief Secretary Punjab.

Mr. Sajjal Tauseef Khan
Ms. Khan is currently serving as Chief Instructor, National Institute of Management, Lahore. She has been associated with the institution since August 2009. She is an officer of the Secretariat Group and joined Civil Service in 1998 in the 25th Common. She holds a Masters Degree in English Literature from Punjab University in which she secured the 3rd Position in the province. She was a Hubert H. Humphrey Scholar (2007-2008) at The Pennsylvania State University USA, where she studied HR and Instructional Systems. She holds a certificate in Educational Leadership & Management from the Plymouth State University, USA (2006). She has served as Section Officer (International Cooperation) in the Ministry of Women Development, Islamabad and has also worked in the Civil Services Academy and Directorate of Staff Development, Punjab. She has represented Pakistan on international forums and has been professionally affiliated with various international organizations. Her professional focus instructional systems and continuous professional development of officers.
Mr. Muhammad Farooq
Mr. Muhammad Farooq is Directing Staff (Training and Coordination), Sponsor Directing Staff for module on Economic Development and Public Finance and ICT.
Mr. Farooq has spent over twenty five years in the training and research fields. He has lectured at all leading training institutions of the country like National Institute of Management (Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Islamabad and CSA). Mr. Farooq received his training from LUMS, Singapore University, NMC Lahore and Harvard Kennedy School USA. He has participated in the Executive Program on Policy Analysis, International Workshop on Case Method organized by the Linden Group Singapore University. He has attended course on Law for Business Executive from LUMS, 6th Mid-Career Management Course from National Management College, 16th Senior Management Course from National Management College, Lahore. In 2016, he participated in the Training of Trainer course at Harvard Kennedy School.
Mr. Farooq holds MPhil Applied Economics, Master of Sciences in Statistics and Masters Degree in Economics from Punjab University.

Ahmad Nadeem Khan belongs to Secretariat Group. He has served in various federal ministries which inter – alia include Establishment Division, Finance Division, Human Rights Division and Ministry of OP&HRD. He has served as Chief Instructor, Kashmir Institute of Management Muzaffarabad in addition to serving at Civil Services Academy and the erstwhile Pakistan Administrative Staff College.
Mr. Khan has done Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He has also been a Chevening Fellow at the University of Birmingham, UK. He has attended international seminars and conferences in Japan, France, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, China and has presented papers.
He has been associated with teaching as well and has taught the subject of Public Policy at the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab.
Mr. Kashif Mumtaz

Kashif Mumtaz is Additional Directing Staff at NIM Lahore. He comes from a background in research and development sectors. Prior to joining NIM in April 2016, he was working as Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI). He was also Editor of the Strategic Studies, a quarterly peer-reviewed journal published by ISSI. He has also served as Research Manager, International Alert, Pakistan. Kashif has more than 15 research articles to his credit published in journals in Pakistan, the UK and Singapore. He has consulted for the World Bank, Oxford Analytica, The Liaison Office Kabul and Action Aid Pakistan. He has completed MSc History from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad (2002), Master of International Affairs from Australian National University (ANU) Canberra (2007) and MPhil Development Studies from University of Oxford (2013). He was a Michael Wills Scholar at Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford Department of International Development, University of Oxford. He also won an Endeavour Executive Award, which supported his Visiting Fellowship at John Curtin Institute of Public Policy, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia (2009).
