On Friday, 29th August 2025, a case discussion session was held with the participants of the 123rd National Management Course at the Pakistan Administrative Staff College. The session was conducted by Dr. Aamir Khan, a former civil servant from the Foreign Service of Pakistan (19th Common), currently an Associate Dean of LSE Lahore.
The case focused on the themes of leadership, communication, and conflict. The two-hour session was highly interactive, encouraging meaningful dialogue between the speaker and the participants. Through the introduction of a few characters in the case study, the core concepts of leadership, communication, and conflict were effectively illustrated and explained.
Overall, it was a productive and insightful discussion, enabling participants to gain practical understanding of these critical aspects of management and governance.
