A six-day Director’s Training Program (DTP) is being conducted at the Pakistan Administrative Staff College for the participants of NMC-123 from Monday, 8th September to Monday, 15th September, 2025.
The program comprised lectures, panel discussions, and case studies, designed to strengthen the knowledge and competencies of board directors, particularly independent directors.
The training covers five core modules:
- Introduction and Legal Framework
- Board Responsibilities and Ethical Obligations
- Financial Governance
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Evaluation, Performance, and Closing Ceremony
