Talk on ‘Exercising Leadership in the Bureaucracy’ by Mr. Salman Siddique

On 16 January 2025, distinguished guest speaker, Mr. Salman Siddique, former Chief Secretary Punjab, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Exercising Leadership in the Bureaucracy. The scope of the discussion encompassed “Tapping Opportunities for Leadership in the Bureaucratic Environment,” and “Characteristics of Leadership at the Policy Level.”

The lecture proved to be highly informative. At the end of the session, participants engaged actively, posing a range of thought-provoking questions. Mr. Siddique addressed each of them effectively, further enhancing the value of the session.
