Graduation Ceremony of NMC 120 and SMC 35

NSPP imparts in-service training at three levels; tactical, operational and strategic i.e. to officers in BS-18, BS-19 and BS-20 of the Federal and Provincial Governments. Pakistan Administrative Staff College conducts National Management Course (NMC) for 18 weeks for BS-20 officers, twice a year. This course is a pre-requisite for promotion to BS-21. The 120th NMC, concluded on 12th July 2024, has 49 participants from various service group.

National Institutes of Public Administration Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Islamabad conducts Senior Management Course (SMC) for 16 weeks (twice a year) for BS-19 officers for promotion to BS-20. The 35th SMC at NIM Lahore, concluded on 12th July 2024, has 46 participants from various service group
