On 5th January, 2026, the Pakistan Administrative Staff College (PASC) welcomed a new batch of officers at the Inaugural Ceremony of 124th National Management Course (NMC-124). Mr. Nabeel Awan, Secretary Establishment was the Chief Guest at the ceremony. In his Inaugural Address, Mr. Nabeel Awan appraised the participant officers about the ongoing reforms in the HR and training function of the Establishment Division, and urge them to equip themselves with the skills required for delivering public service and ensuring good governance for the people of Pakistan.
Rector NSPP, Dr. Muhammad Jamil Afaqi, welcomed the participant officers and the Chief Guest, and appreciated the constant support of the government for training and capacity building of Civil Servants. He also dilated upon the training methodology used at PASC to enable senior officers of the government to handle public policy in its various nuances and shades.
