Mr. Ghulam Muhammad, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Tourism, Gilgit Baltistan, addressed the participants of the 121st NMC on 6th December, 2024.

The Minister threw light on the historical, geographical and political importance of the beautiful region and aspirations of its resilient people. He also highlighted the constitutional, administrative and socio-economic challenges faced by GB, and shared an account of the development initiatives taken by the government. Answering the questions asked by the participants, honourable Minister explained the steps being taken to optimize the potential of tourism, minerals and others sectors.
