Library
Introduction
The well-equipped library serves the faculty, participants and researchers at National School of Public Policy (NSPP). It has an extensive collection of books, journals, government documents and reports accumulating to around 49,000 in number. Recently, latest books on biographies, international relations, national security, public policy, and classics in literature have been added. In addition, the in-house research studies conducted by National Management College (NMC), National Institute of Public Policy (NIPP) and Executive Development Institute (EDI) are also available with the Library for quick reference.
Recently a new section has been established where the literary work written by civil servants is displayed. A separate section on National Security has also been set up containing books on crime, intelligence, extremism, militancy, and terrorism. The Library provides Current Awareness Service (CAS) and Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI) services. Furthermore, an online catalogue of the library is available for faculty and participants. Access to HEC Digital Library Resources including SpringerLink, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley-Blackwell are also made available to all.
