Dr. Mohammad Ajmal, retired PAS officer and former Chief Instructor at the National Management College, delivered a lecture on Monday, 28th July 2025. The lecture focused on Strategic Management and Planning, covering key themes such as setting direction, vision and mission formulation, public value creation, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), as well as leadership and change management. It was an interactive session, with participants actively engaging and posing practical questions. At the conclusion of the lecture, the Dean/Rector presented a commemorative book as a token of appreciation to the guest speaker.
