Lecture Discussion on ‘Policy Formulation in a Modern Islamic Muslim State’ was held on Monday, 09 December 2024 at 0900-1030 hours. Dr. Khalid Zaheer spoke on the issues of theories of statecraft, Policy Formulation in a Modern Islamic /Muslim State and examples of forms of government in Muslim countries. The participants took a keen interest in the session and asked pertinent questions. Dean NMC Dr. Jamil Afaqi summed up the discussion and thanked the esteemed guest speaker.
