Dr Ijaz Munir, Rector NSPP, had an interactive session with the participants of NMC 121. The session commenced with Dr Ijaz Munir’s address which lasted 30 minutes followed by a question/answer session spanning over one hour. In his talk, Dr Ijaz Munir recounted his professional and personal experiences in the context of civil service. He advised the participants about taking a principled stand on issues in their domain and emphasized upon the importance of saying no where it is required. He also pointed out that if we do not collectively and voluntarily reform the civil service, the reforms will be imposed upon us from outside. He answered various questions raised by the participants. In the end he conveyed his warm wishes to all the participants of NMC 121.
