On 6th July 2026, the Pakistan Administrative Staff College (PASC) welcomed a new batch of officers at the Inaugural Ceremony of 125th National Management Course (NMC-125). In his Inaugural Address, the Chief Guest, Barrister Nabeel A. Awan, Secretary Establishment Division, apprised the participant officers about the ongoing reforms in the HR and training function of the Establishment Division, and urged them to equip themselves with the skills required for delivering public service and ensuring good governance for the people of Pakistan. Rector NSPP, Mr. Farhan Aziz Khawaja, welcomed the participant officers and the Chief Guest, and appreciated the constant support of the government for training and capacity building of Civil Servants. He also dilated upon the training methodology used at PASC to enable senior officers of the government to handle public policy in its various nuances and shades.

H.E. Ms. Ina Lapel, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Pakistan, addressed the Participant officers of 125th NMC on 21st August, 2026. She discussed Germany’s political set up, foreign policy priorities and bilateral relations with Pakistan.
