Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister for Finance and Revenue arrived at Pakistan Administrative Staff College, Lahore on 13th February 2026 to engage in Strategic Policy Dialogue with participants of 124th National Management Course. During a highly interactive session, the Minister emphasized that his vision for financial health of the country is based on three strategic policy priorities including economic stability, public financial budget and digital transformation.

Senator Aurangzeb affirmed that macro stability indicators have improved significantly in terms of consolidating financial gains over the last two years, the economy is showing surpluses and fiscal deficit has decreased from 8% to 5%. He stated that the country’s geo-strategic location will be exploited to develop linkages with the regional actors to cement financial edifice of the country.
